1. Service-Based Refund Policy

As our services are digital and customized, refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service commencement.
• Refunds are only considered if:
  • The project has not been started.
  • There is a clear breach of agreement from our end.
  • The delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope and no corrections are made.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registration, hosting services, and third-party tools.
• Completed or partially completed projects.
• Any custom design, development, or marketing work already initiated.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the completed work.

4. Processing of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
